Bandit's Knife is a weapon in Dark Souls 2.
*When infused: 117 physical dmg/25 elemental dmg and C scaling with chosen element.
"A knife with a slightly broad single edge. Its tip is shaped to leave a wound that won't easily close. Designed for unsavory work, and beloved by those of unsavory ilk."
Acquired From
- Treasure in Huntsman's Copse: Look for a corpse before the Bridge Approach bonfire. In the building where Rogues reside, drop down to the level where there's a huge hole in the ground.
- Drops from Hollow Infantry enemies using the Bandit's Knife
Hints and Tips:
- Upgraded with regular Titanite to +10.
- Loses fairly little damage when infused with Bleed and still benefits 80% from AR increasing sources like Ring of Blades.
- Has the highest critical damage of all daggers, surpassing Manikin Knife slightly.
- Although the bleed build up is less than Full Moon Sickle and Channeler's Trident, these daggers are way easier to land the blow onto humanoid foes, and more durable than the trident.
- Slightly inferior to Ashen Warrior Sword in case of bleed buildup, the the speed and stunlock will cover this trivial weakness.
- Equipping Shadow Gauntlets will increase the bleed bonus by 50 if normal infused and 60 if Bleed infused.
- Equipping Crest of Blood also increases bleed bonus.
- Equipping Stone Ring can help you to stagger your foes easier.
- You can even use Bleeding Serum to push the Bleed build up to full potential.
- An effective strategy is to power stance two of these weapons, have the main hand be normal so you can use Bleeding Serum and have the offhand be infused with bleed. The r1 power stance attack comes out almost instantly after a rolling attack. However, note that bleed will be nearly worthless heavily armored opponents.
- If you have no regard to Bleed buildup, infusing with Mundane will have the damage output reach the straight sword standard, while the Bleed buildup is decreased but still remains.

The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].
This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".
Durability: The weapon's HP, when the durability hits 0, the effectiveness of its attacks become weakened to the point of almost uselessness. When an items durability is low, a message will come up saying "Weapon At Risk!" at this point the weapon does not perform at it's best.
