Executioner's Chariot Soul is a consumable Boss Soul item in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). The Soul of the Executioner's Chariot is a representation of the entity that oversees the Undead Purgatory. This gruesome chariot was designed specifically to torment Undead, taking on the form of a nightmarish, frenzied steed—a reflection of its master's soul. When consumed, the soul grants 8,000 Souls. It can also be traded with Straid of Olaphis for either the Shield Crossbow or the Chariot Lance. Boss Souls are materials used to trade for unlocking various upgrades and abilities, spells, as well as for crafting unique equipment. These Boss Souls are obtained by defeating the various Bosses of the game.
