This area is consisted of several cells which are used to imprison those who were exiled to the Lost Bastille, according to it's name. There's a particular cell with broken iron bars and a bonfire in the middle of the room.
This area is accessible after defeating Flexile Sentry in the ship in the No-man's Wharf, after riding the elevator.

Bonfire Ascetic Use:

Burning a bonfire ascetic here respawns the following items/enemies/bosses:

• Soul Vessel - In the room with the Pharros Lockstone door. The wooden chest will respawn with the Soul Vessel in it every time you ascetic this bonfire.
• All enemies.

Burning a bonfire ascetic here spawns the following new items/enemies:

• Red Phantom Jailer at the bridge.
