Fireball is a Pyromancy in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). Fireball, a basic spell in pyromancy. Generates a fireball that can be thrown at enemies. For pyromancies, equip a pyromancy flame as a catalyst, and allocate a pyromancy to an attunement slot. The efficacy of a pyromancy is directly influenced by the quality of the catalyst. Pyromancies are offensive fire spells that do not demand Faith or Intelligence prerequisites and can be executed with a Pyromancy Flame or Dark Pyromancy Flame. The fire damage scales with Intelligence and Faith, yet there are no specific stat requirements for casting pyromancies. However, opponents resistant to fire damage remain unaffected by Pyromancy Spells.
