Iron Flesh is a Pyromancy in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). Iron Flesh, pyromancy that internalizes the power of flame. Transforms the body into iron, enhancing defense and resistance. However, the resulting rock-solid flesh significantly impedes movement, posing potential challenges if employed at an ill-timed juncture. Pyromancies are offensive fire spells that do not demand Faith or Intelligence prerequisites and can be executed with a Pyromancy Flame or Dark Pyromancy Flame. The fire damage scales with Intelligence and Faith, yet there are no specific stat requirements for casting pyromancies. However, opponents resistant to fire damage remain unaffected by Pyromancy Spells.
A pyromancy that internalizes the power of flame. Turns the body into iron. Increasing defense and resistance.
As one might guess, the rock-solid flesh enabled by this spell dramatically slows movement.
Guaranteed to cause trouble if used at an inopportune moment."

Iron Flesh Notes and Tips in Dark Souls 2
- Makes the user incredibly slow, but increases defense and resistance.
With enough VIT, it is possible to fast roll with it (Adds 65 weight). The Royal Soldier ring and the Third Dragon ring help greatly for this purpose.
This spell lasts for 25 seconds, 35 seconds if the Lingering Dragoncrest ring +2 is equipped, and 40 seconds if the full Northwander Set is also equipped.
Adds 100 physical defense, 200 elemental, 200 resistances, 100 poise, and a damage reduction far superior to Numbness. - Other notes and tips go here.
