Ladder Miniature is a Key Item in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). Ladder Miniature, a small decorative ladder. It's a charming trinket, purely for display. Offered to Royal Sorcerer Navlaan as evidence of a successful assassination, fulfilling his quest. Key Items are found in specific locations or are given by a related NPC which are used to unlock areas, quests, diversify the inventories of Merchants and to further progress the game's story.
A small ornamental ladder. A quaint little thing, but only for show.
This ornament does not seem to have any particular function, and should not be worth much, but is sold at an exorbitant price.

Since this apparently counts as a Key Item, does it dissapear with NG+?

Remember that you need Gilligan for the Gathering Exiles achievement, so you might consider keeping him alive at least till you get it

Id say its worth keeping him alive if you dont mind spending the souls on the laddera ao you dont take as much fall damage traveling to the gulch
