- Dropped by Prowlers NPC invader in Brume Tower.

- Part of the Mad Warrior Set.
- Upgraded with Twinkling Titanite.
- Grants +2 ADP.
- You will have to join the Bell Keepers covenant and kill the Mad Warrior numerous times in order to obtain this set and his blade. See the phantom specific page for more detail.
- The mask bears a striking resemblance to the predator's mask from the 'Predator' series. Taking "out of border" into account, this might be a reference.

I don't know if there's another cause, but wearing this mask (as of SotFS) causes my agility to jump up two points. I've removed it and put it back on several times, and it does appear the mask is the only cause of it. Odd that it's never been mentioned to increase agility.

I was trying to get the Mad Warrior Mask and I ended up leveling the bell keeper covenant to rank 3 before the phantom dropped it, got every piece before the mask. Cursed. Still, bless the task manager method, worked pretty steady for me.
