Peculiar Kindalur is an NPC in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). To respawn him, you can use a Bonfire Ascetic on the Rhoy's Resting Place bonfire in the Shrine of Amana. Enemies have their own behavior and unique attacks, killing enemies provide various drops that reward players with items and souls.

Shrine of Amana. After Rhoy's Resting Place bonfire, pass through the passage blocked by the Giant Acid Horn Beetle and enter the water. Reach the centre and he will spawn. In Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, he will spawn in the pathway lined with pillars.

The name was so bizarre i assumed it was a sweat lord i jumped into the water so i could resume normal play faster. Wish i had known it was just an npc

He and armored Dennis are the reasons why I hate dark souls 2, the other games are great but those two make no mans sky look like a game of the year winner
Wear magic + dark resist gear, including the spell and dark quartz rings. Kite him to the columns then crcle behind one for cover from ranged attacks. Peek out and hit him with 4 or 5 poison throwing knives, ducking back behind the column to heal. Use any throwing knife, bomb, or melee weapon to accelerate his HP loss. Hurrah for victory!
