Where to Find \ Location
- Buy from Maughlin the Armourer after defeating the Lost Bastille boss, Lost Sinner. You must first spend 1000 souls at his shop and reload the area.
Notes
- Handcuffs increase the strength of pyromancy by 7.4% (+/-) (My combustion did 337 dmg before and 362 after) (this is likely to be a round 7.5%, consider unrounded damage example: 336.5 with an added 7.5%, resulting in 361.7)

Killed Maughlin for his armor first thing. Defeated lost sinner twice. Spent over 20,000 souls. Reloaded the area. No boss armor. Try again on NG+???

Hello guys, I just found something pretty strange with those gloves : they lower my pyromancies damage when wearing both of ring of prayer and ring of knowledge...
I have 25 faith and 25 intelligence (30 and 30 with the two rings on), only yield a pyromancy flame +10. I made tests using Great FireBall on a falconer in NG with covenant of champions:
- 1 ring (either knowledge or prayer, it doesn't matter) + penal handcuffs = 581 damage points.
- ring of knowledge + ring of prayer = 555 damage points.
- ring of knowledge + ring of prayer + penal handcuffs = 464 damage points.
Does something has an explanation? Is it because I hit the softcap of faith+intelligence = 60?

This gauntlet would be a lot cooler if it bound your hands together, and made you do more damage but your forced to 2-hand your weapon and you can't parry
