Radiant Lifegem is a type of healing consumable in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). Radiant Lifegem, a gemstone composed of crystallized souls. Slowly restores HP. The lackluster gleam of these enigmatic stones intensifies over time. Consumable Items grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects, applying temporary buffs and debuffs, as well as activating various actions and effects.

- Restorative item. Stronger than a normal Lifegem.
- Restores 850 HP over 19 seconds
- Can be used on a ladder.

- Ten sold by Merchant Hag Melentia for 1000 souls when she is in Majula.
- Five sold by Chancellor Wellager for 2,500 souls each.
- One can be found on a corpse inside a pot as you enter Brightstone Cove Tseldora from the Doors of Pharros
- 3 in Forest of Fallen Giants right before Pursuer replaces 3 Lifegems(NG+).
- 1 on a corpse at the end of the narrow path between the stairs right before the Lost Sinner
