Consumable Items grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects, applying temporary buffs and debuffs, as well as activating various actions and effects.

Dark Souls 2 Prism Stone Usage
- When consumed, they provide a small amount of HP.
- Can be traded with Dyna and Tillo for a random low-mid-tier item.

- 1x in Things Betwixt under the waterfall.
- 3x found in No Man's Wharf just past the Pharros Lockstone on a ledge.
- 3x found in the Grave of Saints
- 3x found in the poison pits in Harvest Valley
- Drop from the Hollow Peasants and the Undead Devourers (Enraged Pigs) in Brightstone Cove Tseldora, near the first bonfire (Royal Army Campsite).
- 10x rewarded for achieving the Rat King Covenant rank 1.
DKS2 Prism Stone Notes and Tips
- Dyna & Tillo will not accept stacked stones. You may stand in the nest, select "Leave" and drop them individually to receive a reward. You may drop multiple individual stones one at a time and receive all the rewards at once.

I think its baffling how supposedly less valuable items in this game are harder to get than the more valuable ones, I'm absolutely drowning in normal smooth and silky but never even had any small smooth and silkies

I got a T Slab for small and garbage herbs for a petrified so this is wrong

I left a Smooth and Silky (not Small) and got a Cracked Blue Eye Orb, so the above guide is wrong. You do not always get the corresponding tier or higher. I got lower.

I've gotten the Trident from the HIGH tier by leaving Smooth and silky stones (both Low and Med tiers). Maybe all items are accessible, albeit at a lower chance (rarer) to drop
