A spear said to have been forged in Aldia. Contains the power of a great flame, which is unleashed in a strong attack.

The mysterious Lord Aldia secluded himself inside a manor to conduct various experiments. Those invited to the manor disappeared, replaced over time with malformed beasts that formed its halls.

Hints and Tips:

  • Reinforced with Petrified Dragon Bone to +5.
  • Strong attack is a fire projectile.
  • The durability of this weapon degrades very quickly with standard attacks, use Bracing Knuckle Ring +2 and Repair spell to negate this.
  • Contrary to common belief, power stance heavy attack actually fires two projectiles due to the special attack is triggered by a default spear strong attack thrust, this is a unique feature among spear type boss soul weapons.
  • This is one of the four powerstance compatible boss weapons, the others being Ivory Straight Sword, Dragonslayer Spear and Smelter Sword.
  • It can also activate special attack with other spears equipped, making it viable for power-stancing builds as long as you can solve the durability issue.

Parameter Bonus: Strength, Dexterity,Magic, Fire, Lightning and Dark bonuses - The scaling multiplier applied to the [Attack: stat]. Scaling quality is from highest to lowest as follows: S/A/B/C/D/E.
The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].
This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".

Durability: The weapon's HP, when the durability hits 0, the effectiveness of its attacks become weakened to the point of almost uselessness. When an items durability is low, a message will come up saying "Weapon At Risk!" at this point the weapon does not perform at it's best.
Weight: How much the item weights when equipped.
Stability: How well the player keeps stance after being hit
Attack Type: Defines what kind of swing set the weapon has.
