Bandit Axe is a weapon in Dark Souls 2. Bandit Axe is a well-balanced axe that's not too heavy. It does good damage, both physical and with fire. Great for those who want a versatile weapon that's effective in various situations.
An axe of bandits of the Forossan outskirts Very sturdily built for the armament of a bandit.
When Forossa fell to war, its citizens were left landless, and entirely to their own devices. Many were reduced to thievery, while Forossan knights scattered to other lands as sellswords.
How to get Bandit Axe in Dark Souls 2

Parameter Bonus: Strength, Dexterity,Magic, Fire, Lightning and Dark bonuses - The scaling multiplier applied to the [Attack: stat]. Scaling quality is from highest to lowest as follows: S/A/B/C/D/E.
The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].
This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".
Durability: The weapon's HP, when the durability hits 0, the effectiveness of its attacks become weakened to the point of almost uselessness. When an items durability is low, a message will come up saying "Weapon At Risk!" at this point the weapon does not perform at it's best.
Weight: How much the item weights when equipped.
Stability: How well the player keeps stance after being hit
Attack Type: Defines what kind of swing set the weapon has.

Absolute monster of a weapon. Stop reading this and go and get one.

I have been looking to change up my build before end game/dlc and nothing has the right mix of speed, strength, durability. Instead of changing my build, I like the bandit ace even more

I got this a few hours into my first playthrough, and turns out to be stronger than most endgame weapons

One of the best weapons in the game. With a couple of infusions it can take you through all of the vanilla game.

This thing is an absolute beast for PvE.
It has comparable damage to the Mastodon Greatsword, both infused and uninfused, but uses much less stamina, swings faster, is 1/3rd the weight, and has half the stat requirement. You can easily slap this on an low-stat build and do nearly as much base damage as a Str build would do with a mace. The only downside is the range, but it sweeps wide and stunlocks so well that should barely matter.

The inventory image is hideous but it looks amazing in-game

I like how a weapon for random bandits turned out to be one of the best.

Even though the lightening bandit axe has B scaling in faith its scaling is closer to that of a D scaling. Gets about 44 lightening damage at 40 faith which the heide lance gets about 88 and it is C scaling.

Do you want the best axe in the game?.. Do you want guaranteed stagger on invaders and a lot of regular creatures?, do you want insane damage output for arguably low stamina at the cost of range? This is the axe for you. Simple, yet incredibly reliable.

I got a Gyrm Axe while farming Titanite Chunks in Pharos' Doors but the Bandit Axe Raw +10 is so useful that I can't leave it behind. This weapon isn't great for PVP but it's awesome against most enemies, as the overhead strike and its follow up let you stun enemies. Unfortunately, since it consumes a lot of stamina and leaves you open, you should probably get Chloranthy Ring+1 from the Shaded Woods ASAP. It's very friendly to learn the game, fairly short reach but the stun effect on enemies is great and the Raw Infusion let me focus on magic as well, since I didn't have to level STN very high for this weapon and focused on using Dark Weapon instead.

Crazy good weapon for infusions. Still gets B scaling in str and B elemental scaling. Dark infused on my Hexer has a 506 AR without any stat boosting rings. Really good moveset as well with both horizontal and vertical motions. It's strong attack slams into the ground like a greataxe. I wish I someone sold these, I would like to have one in every infusion. I hear they are hard to farm.

I run a tanky build with Havel’s armor and shield. Then I use the Raw bandit axe as my primary. Just wish it had a little more rang
Dark or magic infusion and +10 makes this a great PDW for magic users. The one-handed R2 has got me out of many sticky situations. Haha

The Raw version is my absolute favorite weapon. Nothing else has compared yet to dmg output and speed.

Insane weapon to have with an offhand Ice Rapier or Estoc. Couples well as an offhand with the uchigatana too.

This thing fully upgraded does more damage than a +10 claymore and its way faster, at the cost of range

The infusion numbers are incorrect. The total is 217/217 for my dark infused Bandit Axe at +10. That is 70% of the 310.
Amazing PVE weapon, ehhh PvP weapon.
Can definetly carry you through the whole game no problem.
