  • Buy from Royal Sorcerer Navlaan (Speak to him while Hollow after completing his quest line)
  • Black Witch Domino Mask is a droppable item from the dual-Avelyn wielding phantoms in Belfry Sol, who will only spawn once per ascetic/playthrough (very rare drop).
  • Black Witch Veil is a droppable item from Bell Keeper Mage at the very beginning of Belfry Sol, who will only spawn once per ascetic/playthrough (very rare drop).

Notes:
  • Upgraded with: Twinkling Titanite
  • Very good magic protection set
  • Hat gives +1 Attunement slot, but requires 20 intelligence to wear. (* Intelligence only needed for defensive stats, attunement slot is obtained even without 20 intelligence)
  • Mask raises magic ATK but lower max HP. Requires 20 intelligence to wear.
  • Black Witch Domino Mask seems to increase spell damage by roughly 3% (Soul Level 227 with 50 INT and Olenford's: 587 without mask and 605 with it, against same enemies)
  • Black Witch Domino Mask decreases HP by roughly 15% (Soul Level 227 with 32 VGR and no other equipment had 1714 HP before equip and 1456 HP after)
  • Gloves change your nails appearance (Tested on female character.PC)

      To be clear : mask adds to all damaging spells not just sorceries (1162 damage sunlight spear becomes 1197 damage, 362 dmg great fireball becomes 373 dmg, as examples)

        the location of the domino mask in this game is pretty retarded. lore wise, i dunno why some random npc who isnt WEARING THE MASK OR USES MAGIC is the one to drop it, and the fact that he doesnt respawn AND its a rare drop is just smh.

          It should be noted here that the Black Witch Veil has a 100% drop from a red phantom called Gutter Denizen. As the name suggests, he spawns in The Gutter below the second bonfire. In order for him to appear you must light Every Single sconce in the level. While it's a pain to light them all, the Black Witch Veil gives you immunity to Curse. Yes... immunity.

            I got this from the twin crossbow guy. It looks a lot like the mask worn by the firekeeper in Dark Souls 3.
