Bonfire Location:

The Crestfallen's Retreat -> Leave the bonfire and cross the river, go over the tree bridge and up the ramp to your right and up the ladder you'll find in that little cave. To your left you will see a fog gate, go through it. Follow the hallway ahead. When you are out in the open again you will see a ladder just after you left the hallway, take that ladder and look to your right, there is a gate that you can open. Just after that gate is the bonfire.

Bonfire Ascetic Use:

Burning a bonfire ascetic here respawns the following items/enemies/bosses:

• Boss: Pursuer
• Boss: The Last Giant
• Items: Small Leather Shield, Repair Powder, Hand Axe, Radiant Lifegem, Divine Blessing above the Bonfire's room
• Item: Soul of a Lost Undead across the Bridge below the Bonfire
• Item: Ring of Restoration, Torch x3 across the Bridge below the Bonfire and through the door that can be opened with the Soldier Key
• Items: Human Effigy, Wilted Dusk Herb x3 in the cave where Cale the Cartographer is initially
• Items: Titanite Shard, Torch outside of the cave
• Item: Green Blossom below the ladder that leads to the first Ironclad Soldier
• Item: Large Soul of a Lost Undead, Blue Wooden Shield in the room with four ballistae
• Item/Spell: Great Soul Arrow in the room with four ballistae
• Item: Large Soul of a Lost Undead behind the first giant tree
• Item: Light Crossbow on the Catwalk that can be accessed with the ladder that's near the first giant tree
• Items: Soul of a nameless Soldier, Torch in the room with 3 Hollow Royal Soldiers that can be accessed from the Catwalk
• Item: Aromatic Ooze in the Hallway past Pate
• Items: Lifegem, Homeward Bone above the door behind the first Ironclad Soldier
• Item: Amber Herb x2 next to to gigantic stone sword that can be found near the door to the Pursuer
• Items: Halberd, Soul of a nameless Soldier in the gigantic stone sword
• Items: Large Leather Shield, Lifegem in the room with the Crystal Lizard
• Item: Fire Arrow x10 near the elevator that leads down to The Last Giant
• Item: Large Soul of a Proud Knight, Old Radiant Lifegem x3 on the right side of the Pursuer's fog gate (before going through it)
• Enemy: Crystal Lizard with Titanite Shard x2
• Enemy: Hollow Royal Soldier
• Enemy: Hollow Infantry

Burning a bonfire ascetic here spawns the following new items/enemies:

• Item: Titanite Chunk x3 in the room with four ballistae and the Pharros' Contraption (replaces the items that were in this chest in NG)
• Enemy: Red Old Ironclad Soldier
• Enemy: Red Phantom wearing Syan's Set wielding a greatshield(which?) and a greatsword(Which?) outside the King's Door
• Enemy: Red Phantom wearing Steel Set wielding a straight sword(which?) and a dagger(Which?) outside the King's Door
• Enemy: Red Phantom wearing Steel Set wielding a straight sword(which?) and a dagger(Which?) above Pate

Special Notes:

Items and Enemies from the Lizards' Pit might still have to be added to the Lists of "Bonfire Ascetic Use".
Burning an Ascetic in this Bonfire won't respawn anything in any of the giants' memories, those are affected by the by the Bonfire in The Place Unbeknownst.
Burning an Ascetic here won't respawn the Drangleic Set and Sword.
