Faraam Set is an Attire or Armor in Dark Souls 2. Armor sets do not provide specific benefits, so players are free to mix and match their preferred parts to optimize their Builds.
"Helmet (Armor/Gauntlets/Boots) blessed by the war god Faraam."
"This helmet (armor/gauntlets/boots) is designed in the style of the Lion Knights, a once-mighty order from Forossa. Although the Lion Knights wore heavy armor, they were feared for their nimble two-handed swordplay.
But their legacy was cut short with the fall of Forossa."
Set Location
- Found in Drangleic Castle, next to King's Gate bonfire: enter the hall with six sealed doors and kill Stone Soldiers next to the door on far left (Ruin Sentinel will be behind it). Drop into the hole (Ruin Sentinel is likely to follow you if not killed) to find the set, a Darkdweller, and another bonfire.
- Also dropped by dark spirit Faraam Knight (not guaranteed) in Frigid Outskirts on NG+.
Notes
- Upgraded with regular Titanite.
- This is the poster armor seen in both the cover of the game and in the first trailer 'Of Masks and Dragons.'
- Namco Bandai Games asked armor specialists Armedia to recreate this armor set, which has been shown at EuroGamer Expo in London, UK in the dates of September 26-29, 2013.
- The Collector's Edition includes a 30 cm statue of a warrior wearing Faraam set and wielding two swords. This statue has a bit more detail than in-game armor: there's a pattern on the side of helm's crest.

Use the helmet for this set with the full throne watcher set - it looks badass

The rest of this set is sexy as hell, but that Boba Fett helmet just kills me.

It doesn't say they couldn't dualwield, but I'd say the developers meant they two-handed some kinds of greatswords. As it was written in the Ivory King UGS:
"Ultra Greatsword of the Ivory King of Eleum Loyce. Wield with both hands to realize its full strength.
It is said that the Ivory King was once the highest ranking knight in his home of Forossa, famed for its god of war. (...)"

above average poison resist for for heavy armour, and lighter than most, but worst poise and defenses.

Killed all of the stone soldiers, every door opened except for the one i need.

Killed Soul of Cinders and Nashandra while wearing this armor more times than i care to count. Such a nice design.

I really like the Poster Armour of the first two games but... Soul of Cinder, I don't like it! I really don't. It's just a bit to (I don't want to say edgy) to much, to fd up... Idk, it doesn't look good to me.

Nameless King's name might be Faraam. He's a god of war too.

Faraam helm + Faraam Chest piece + Heide Knight gauntlets + Heide Knight legs. Boom! Good defences and Fashion Souls!
Going to use this, helmetless, for a Shield Hero cosplay. I've already 100%ed the game, I just want to do one or two more memes / cosplays before I uninstall forever. I've always cherished DS2 since it was my first Souls game, and the DLCs were absolutely amazing for me. Even if I went through them alone on NG+. Hopefully I can find enough summons to make it interesting. :'^)

Soooo... A lore accurate faraam knight would wield a claymore? K.

I saw the Dragon Eyes sign when I was level two, summoned an NPC: I gave him some presents he gave me +10 Faraam set, when I was level 2 or 3...

I wish it was more accessible in early game rather than so late
I feel like the poster set should've been syan's or something, seeing as the faraam set isn't even from drangleic...

This is the only armor set I've seen in the game in where the fabric doesn't have even a single tear in it. I love it!

This, The Dark Set, and Vengarl's Set are all i've wanted from the start.
