Location:

From the room with the Iron Warrior and the third Ashen Idol, go outside trough the metal doors. Follow the path on the right, and go down the ladder. On the right, there will be a fog gate taking you back inside the tower. Head right in the circular room and you will find the bonfire in a opening on the right.
