Location

• Found in Dragon Shrine, in a chest past an illusory wall revealed with Pharros' contraption, under the stairs next to the first Drakekeeper.
• Dropped (in pieces) by a Darkdweller found next to Under Castle Drangleic bonfire in Drangleic Castle.

• Part of the Judgment Set.
• Upgraded with Twinkling Titanite.
• The appearance and item description of this set indicates that these are the clothes worn by Cromwell the Pardoner, as well as Oswald of Carim in Dark Souls.
