Usage
- Given to Royal Sorcerer Navlaan as proof' of assassination to complete his quest.
Location
- Purchased from Laddersmith Gilligan, located in Earthen Peak, for 6,399 souls.
- Can also be purchased when he relocates to Majula for 7,999 souls.
- Gilligan also drops it, if you kill him.

Since this apparently counts as a Key Item, does it dissapear with NG+?

Remember that you need Gilligan for the Gathering Exiles achievement, so you might consider keeping him alive at least till you get it

Id say its worth keeping him alive if you dont mind spending the souls on the laddera ao you dont take as much fall damage traveling to the gulch
