Mytha's Bent Blade is a weapon in Dark Souls 2.
Dagger forged from the soul of Mytha, the Baneful Queen. Coated with a potent poison.
Mytha was the fairest queen in the land, until something unhinged her. Was it the poison found deep within the earth, or the passion that consumed her heart?
Acquired From
- Trading Mytha, the Baneful Queen Soul + 1500 souls with Straid of Olaphis
Hints and Tips:
- Upgraded with Petrified Dragon Bone to +5, cannot be infused or enchanted.
- At 40 Dex, this weapon will output more physical damage than a +10 Poison Dagger, but less poison damage.
- Try dual wielding this dagger as well as casting Toxic Mist for better efficency on inflicting Toxic.
- Builds toxic as well as poison.
- Recommended to also wear Sanctum Soldier Gauntlet's and the Crest of the Rat, each adds 50 poison damage to the weapon for a total of 100+174 poison AR at 45 DEX.

Parameter Bonus: Strength, Dexterity,Magic, Fire, Lightning and Dark bonuses - The scaling multiplier applied to the [Attack: stat]. Scaling quality is from highest to lowest as follows: S/A/B/C/D/E.
The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].
This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".

Which one is the best, Mytha's Bent Blade or Black Scorpion Stinger?

Powerstance, Crest of Rat, Sanctum Gauntlets and RoB = Things not immune to poison just die in 10 seconds. I killed Nashandra in 6-7 L1s with this

Why her souls only trade for this weapon?!
I want her spear, if that exists in game, that's definitely the longest weapon

It seems either the toxin effect overrides or is equal to the poison effect when used on enemies in PvE, like NPC invaders or bosses. No matter how many times I hit an enemy, the most damage I see from the effect is 60 per second - the same as toxin on its own.

That this dagger does less poison damage than a poison infused normal dagger is wrong. Innate poison weapons scale better on poison, thus resulting in more poison damage over all. No idea if counter damage effects status build up, but those 150 are lit af

As much as I hate having less range than literal fists, nothing really matches the raw chaos and fear you see in people once you have them stuck with poison and toxic at the same time. It feels so dirty to win from damage ticks but the frantic chase scenes after applying status effects are the most fun I've had in PvP

This looks almost exactly like poison knives from bloodborne, pretty cool little detail that they carried it over

In the Hints section it says it isn't able to be enchanted but on the stats breakdown on the right is says it can be. Which is it?

The formatting on this page is messed up and everything looks bad, can someone fix it?
do the items like sanctum soldier gauntlets and rat crest ring affect both toxic and poison, or just the poison? If both, then it could be devastating when powerstanced.
