Where to Find \ Location

• Buy from Maughlin the Armourer after defeating the Lost Bastille boss, Lost Sinner. You must first spend 1000 souls at his shop and reload the area.

Notes

• Upgraded with Twinkling Titanite
• Mask increases equip load by 3%
• Handcuffs increase the strength of pyromancy by 7.4% (+/-) (My combustion did 337 dmg before and 362 after)
