Priest's Chime is a weapon in Dark Souls 2.

Sacred chime granted to high-ranking clerics. A catalyst for miracles and hexes.

Drangleic was the home of many clerics, but King Vendrick held a lukewarm opinion of their powers, and kept them only as attendants to ceremony. In this sense, Drangleic was not the place for a cleric with any ambition.

Acquired From

  • Found in a chest beneath the Servants' Quarter bonfire in the Lost Bastille after the Ruin Sentinel boss.Take the ladder Down and be aware of the dog (in Scholar of the First Sin edition, be extra careful: instead of having to fight a dog, The Pursuer will spawn in that area instead).
  • Can be bought from Titchy Gren in Undead Purgatory for 4000 souls.
  • One that has been upgraded to +8 can be found in Frozen Eleum Loyce.

Hints and Tips:

  • A solid chime for any pure miracle caster, it has a fast casting speed and high lightning power, and is obtained for free while progressing through the game. It can easily be used for the rest of the game if you aren't looking to branch out into hexes.
  • It is recommended that it be imbued with Lightning when possible, as it scales better with Lightning damage than Dark damage.
  • 396 lightning bns with 50 faith.

For the +8 version in eelum loyce: after stopping the blizzard, continue from the 2nd bonfire until you reach a staircase which was previously frozen over. Go down the stairs, and you will eventually reach a big room with wooden flooring and a few balconies. One of these balconies has it. I hope it helps give the approximate location to search

I'd argue that a single pursuer in SotFS is easier to handle than a dog pit. He's so easy to parry to death that it's not even funny. Now, if it was 2 of them.. Yeah, maybe.
