Reapers in Dark Souls II are a type of Weapon that's generally classified by their curved blade at end of the handle. Reapers must be used at certain ranges in order to be effective and make the most out of each attack. Some Reapers share similar movesets to Halberds, but all Reapers deal slashing damage. Reapers can also bypass an opponent's Shield if the attack landed at a perfect angle, where the blade meets the opponent perfectly. Do note that Reapers are very easy to parry, forcing players to not mindlessly swing the weapon. This page covers a list of all available Reapers in Dark Souls 2.
