Hints and Tips:

  • Upgraded with Petrified Dragon Bone to +5, it cannot be infused or buffed.
  • The one-handed R2 (RT) overhead can be combo'd, with the second strike also bearing the special functionality, provided that the player has enough stamina to do so. (A quick glance shows that the Smelter Sword's one-handed R2 consumes about 105 stamina.
  • As of Regulation 1.11, Dual Smelter Swords will have their special attacks applicable upon power stance strong attack.
  • With 40 strength, 30 dexterity, and 8 faith, this weapon will have an AR of 614
  • There is also an alternate version, the Aged Smelter Sword, which does magic damage instead of fire
