The Gender Swap Coffin is an interactable in Dark Souls 2. Located in Things Betwixt it allows players to alter the sex of their character, without the need to start all over again.
Notes
- Is protected by two Ogres, one in plain sight, the other in hiding.
- Changes the body from male to female or female to male.
- Changes male voice to female voice or female voice to male voice.
- Lightly alters facial characteristics.
- Cannot change hair, tattoos, name or basic facial characteristics.
- All changes may be reversed, by reentering the coffin.

bruh, i sleot in this not knowing what it did, after realizing it changed me to female, i slept in it again to change back, but after it changed me back, my male character didnt have the same appearance as before from character creation. he lost his look and beard and such......

The ogres nearby are so angry because they're too big to fit in the coffin.

On the ps4 edition, a bug occurs where changing to and back does not keep hair and facial shape, but instead reset look to default face and hair (while in hollowed state). Using an effigy fixes appearance.

I feel like a full blown "change your appearance" dealie would have been better.
