Nameless Usurper is an NPC in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). Enemies have their own behavior and unique attacks, killing enemies provide various drops that reward players with items and souls.
DKS2 Nameless Usurper Information
- Spawns only once, cannot be revived via Bonfire Ascetic.
- Killing Licia of Lindelt will prevent Nameless Usurper invasions.
- NOTE: Killing Licia (even through invasion) will end all progress towards the Gathering of Exiles achievement on the current playthrough.
- It is most likely that Licia is Nameless Usurper.
Nameless Usurper Encounters in DKS2
- Drangleic Castle. From the King's Gate bonfire, continue through the castle until you reach the room with the cursed painting of Nashandra. She will spawn in the hallway just before the open air walkways.
- Undead Crypt. From the Undead Ditch bonfire, continue through the crypt until you reach the room filled with multiple Wall Warriors. She will spawn in the hallway to the left.
Dark Souls 2 Nameless Usurper Notes and Tips

page update requested: in the SotFS version of the game, in Undead Crypt, Nameless Usurper spawns in the hallway before the Imperious Knights, and you can bait her into coming to you in the large square room with a few Insolent Spirits in it (after the room with a singular Leydia Pyromancer in it) and the "Illusory" Wall with a iron chest containing Avelyn and 15 heavy bolts

If this indeed is Licia, She sure is ironically much more manageable as an invader since she doesn't have tankiness that'd put Havel to shame and ridiculously overpowered miracles that can easily kill you in at most 2-3 hits if you don't have high resistances and one-shot characters that don't have a high amount of Vigor

Very easy to kill once if you just dodge and hit her with dark orb repeatedly

Had her follow me through the poisonous mask room in Drangleic Castle. Rolled through the room then closed the door on her, then waited as I heard several darts fire off. She was poisoned down to half health by the time she came to meet me again. I then proceeded to roll through the poisonous mask room a second time, then closed the door again.
She died after opening the door a second time.
It was funny.
