Drakekeeper's Greataxe is a weapon in Dark Souls 2.
An extremely sturdy pitch-black greataxe.
Colossal warriors staunchly watch over the shrine, ready to defend its resident, or allow one worthy enough to be granted audience.
Acquired From
- Dropped from the Kobolds near the first bonfire in Aldia's Keep.
- Treasure chest in Dragon Shrine, along with Drake Keepers Great Shield. To reach it, travel to the second bonfire and jump from the platform where the first Dark Priestess is (an archer is in this spot in the SotFS version).
Hints and Tips:
- Upgraded with regular Titanite to +10.
- A powerful weapon with a long range, but slow and easy to dodge.

Parameter Bonus: Strength, Dexterity,Magic, Fire, Lightning and Dark bonuses - The scaling multiplier applied to the [Attack: stat]. Scaling quality is from highest to lowest as follows: S/A/B/C/D/E.
The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].
This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".
Durability: The weapon's HP, when the durability hits 0, the effectiveness of its attacks become weakened to the point of almost uselessness. When an items durability is low, a message will come up saying "Weapon At Risk!" at this point the weapon does not perform at it's best.

Can I get another drakekeeper greataxe if I burn a bonfire ascetic?
- Anonymous
Best greataxe IMO.
Largest range, and you can easliy turn around for backstab fishers while attacking.
It's much better 1h than 2h, but the 2h strong attack is quite fast(better than the*****ty r1s) and a roll catcher.
They also drop from the little guys in the forest. The ones that run to the one eye on the up path. I just got and looked it up after
