- Mask is guaranteed drop from Petrified Troll (does not respawn) under the Skeletal Dragon.
- Can be dropped from the Dragon Acolytes just before the Guardian Dragon.

I poisoned the petrified troll and then got in his way and he killed me the same time the poison killed him. I could see he dropped something, but it wasn't there on reload. Guess I'll have to wait till the next run through.

The dragon acolyte mask is NOT dropped by the dragon acolytes. Unless it's an extremely rare drop compared to the other pieces. I've been farming the guardian dragon for offline dragon scales and used 25 ascetics and going through killing every enemy in this section 3 times for each run. That's 5 acolytes killed 3 times for each of the 25 runs through. 375 acolytes and not a single mask drop. Also wearing gold serpent ring +2 and jesters hat. I think it's safe to say its a unique item only dropped by the statue.
