Eleum Loyce is a weapon in Dark Souls 2.
Curved sword forged from the Soul of Alsanna.
Formed by two curious blades, this sword can restore an ally's HP with a hit from its strong attack.
The enigmatic Alsanna quietly found a place at the Ivory King's side, and when his strength was fully drained, he conferred this sword inscribed with the name of the land, to her.
Acquired From
- DLC: Crown of the Ivory King
- Trade 12,000 souls and the Soul of Alsanna to Weaponsmith Ornifex.
- Soul of Alsanna is acquired after collecting 50 Loyce Soul via talking to Alsanna or killing her.
Hints and Tips:
- Upgraded with Petrified Dragon Bone to +5.
- Strong attack can be used to heal allies or take HP from enemies.
- One-handed strong attack heals/takes slightly less HP.
- Strong attack effect also activates upon hitting the strange tree in Shulva City.
- Strong attacks pierce shields. (Tested on un-infused E.L. on 100% Physical block shield)

The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].
This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".

So it's a coop weapon? It heals only allies and not the player?
I'm still planning to kill Alsanna anyway

Would infusing this with bleed stone be a good idea?
I’ve heard that bleed damage scales with Faith and Dexterity, and I’m thinking of making a Dex-Faith build soon.

Good healing method for invasions where a seed of giant is used against you.

alsanna is not that good, from what i understand she still wanted the king's power for her. but he sacrificed himself to chaos, leaving her alone without a king to drain power.

If you give Alsanna the 50 Loyce souls to get her soul and the you kill her you get a 2nd one? would be really cool to dual wield this weapon.

Love this blade. The fact that the Ivory King trusted it to the most beloved person in his world and that it bears the name of the land makes me thing that it was like a charm to him, maybe this sword was a reminiscent of some event or someone in Forossa that changed his life.

Just wanted to clarify something, the HP healing only applies to allies? Player not included??

At the very top it shows the eluem loyce being at plus 10,even though it's a boss weapon
Kinda reminds me of that healing touch spell from Demon's Souls - the one that completely sucked ass. The healing spell on this sucks ass, too, but at least you can beat people to death with this one.
9/10 they're learning
