- Consuming gives 25 000 souls.
- Trade with Weaponsmith Ornifex for Iron King Hammer.

- Received upon defeating the Old Iron King in Iron Keep.

This boss is decent. Could have been a lot better if not for the horrible lava arena. Would have been dope if we could drain the arena of lava and fight him as he towers over us.
As for the weapon it's a pretty good fire weapon for fire infused builds.
