Ruin Sentinel Soul is a consumable Boss Soul item in Dark Souls 2 (DKS2). The Ruin Sentinel Soul, originating from the creation of the Jailer, embodies the essence of the Ruin Sentinel—a guardian devoid of a physical form, only an ethereal soul lingering within the armor. You can obtain this soul as a reward for overcoming the Ruin Sentinels in Lost Bastille. Boss Souls are materials used to trade for unlocking various upgrades and abilities, spells, as well as for crafting unique equipment. These Boss Souls are obtained by defeating the various Bosses of the game.

Ruin Sentinel Soul Usage in Dark Souls 2
- Consuming it gives you 6000 souls.
- Can be traded with Straid of Olaphis and 1,500 souls for:
- Heavy Homing Soul Arrow

Anonymous+4 bastard sword with gold pine resin on a cleric build, summoned 2 npc's and got it first try. The persuer is by far the hardest enemy for me as a cleric. Still have not beat him toe to toe. Ballista match doesn't count.

We could have gotten the Ruin Sentinel Hammer, but NO WE JUST HAD TO GET AN ARROW SPELL

I could have sworn you could get the shield, but when I went to Straid and Ornifex neither of them had it. Now I'm surprised you can't get the pole hammer either. I was so convinced it was a boss weapon I didn't even bother looking for it. It's too bad, I would have liked to have that shield.

I do believe the hammer would be Arch drake mace and Llewellyn shield if you wan to try csoplaying. Then obviously ruin set.

It is bad why this soul doesn't give maybe Ruin Hammer and Ruin Shield as well rather than only HHSA available as trade.

Giving you lameo nerd crap from a boss that never uses magic at all, and has a cool pole hammer, and a shield that can be thrown and spins like a circular saw while returning to the owner's hand, so damn dumb
