Trade with Weaponsmith Ornifex along with 5000 souls to obtain: Ivory King Ultra Greatsword
Consume for 30,000 souls.

Location

Obtained by defeating the boss Burnt Ivory King from the Crown of the Ivory King DLC.

  It doesn't use the standard boss soul icon; rather it uses the "Great Soul" icon like the soul of the Rotten, Vendrick, etc. Goes to show you how powerful this guy was.
