AnonymousDamage is very low, best to fool the enemy and cast a spear soul at the right time. Following is not efficient.

Not a great spell, if I'm honest. If your target evades your cast, it's better to just follow up with another cast rather than rely on the added tracking abilities. As most spell already home in on there targets, this is one you can skip.
