Parameter Bonus: Strength, Dexterity,Magic, Fire, Lightning and Dark bonuses - The scaling multiplier applied to the [Attack: stat]. Scaling quality is from highest to lowest as follows: S/A/B/C/D/E.
The higher the player's [Str, Dex, Mag, Fire, Light] stat, the higher the [Attack Bonus: Stat] is (found on the player status screen). The higher the scaling letter, the higher the percent multiplier applied to the [Attack: Stat].
This resulting bonus damage is added to the base physical damage of the weapon and is shown in the equipment screen in blue numbers as a "+ X".
Durability: The weapon's HP, when the durability hits 0, the effectiveness of its attacks become weakened to the point of almost uselessness. When an items durability is low, a message will come up saying "Weapon At Risk!" at this point the weapon does not perform at it's best.
Weight: How much the item weights when equipped.
Stability: How well the player keeps stance after being hit
Attack Type: Defines what kind of swing set the weapon has.

With how all over the comments below are, im positive that we all are talking about different weapons

I like this design of the claymore more than the original one.

Dog…? To address the post below me, the claymore still does indeed have a thrust attack; both one-handed and two handed.
Why are you spitting out misinformation about a weapon you even clearly state you’ve never used…?

This is an imposter of the FromSoftware Claymore, not only does it lack the downright iconic design (have no qualms about them reusing it in Elden Ring, why improve on what is basically perfection?), but not only that the moveset is complete trash, I wouldn't be against it not having thrusting attacks if the two-handed light attacks weren't the terrible sweeping attacks instead of what the Flamberge had for example.
This iteration is the ONLY version of the weapon that I've never used outside of the Demon's Souls one, which is because I haven't played that game yet. All thanks to them screwing up the one thing that made the Claymore so good, the moveset.

Well normally i dont use claymore but in this game its so beaitiful both moveset and looks :( i made special claymore dude cosplay just for this

It’s Chariot Dude. Claymore and grandlance. l1 r1 l1 r1. Circulate

Comparatively, this Claymore is terrible. There are no thrusting attacks.
I'm sorry to break your own fantasy island to pieces, but this is a horrible weapon and you'd just be better off using a different greatsword.

Maybe it's just me, but even at 45/45, the Claymore just feels so underwhelming, maybe cause of the slash damage, but I would much rather use the Red Iron Twinblade, or the Black Dragon GS.

While the claymore is tied with the bastard sword as being the most visibly bland greatsword in the game the moveset, range, and output are fantastic I also love the sweeping R1s in the two handed moveset. I am genuinely disappointed that dark souls 3 doesn't have a two handed sweeping R1 on any of the greatswords just the same copy pasted smash, lift, smash, lift, smash, lift, etc. feels like B team had way more imagination for diverse weapon movesets (and hybrid movesets) than A team.

Both of the 2H R2's deal thrust damage, this was tested on one of the Aldia Keep Ogres.

Very formidable weapon in the hands of a experienced player

Great combo: 2H R1, R1, and then R2; most opponents reactively roll all vertically, so this is like to clip them, it worked twice on a chugger, killing him the second time.
This is my favorite weapon in the entire game. My first character was a quality build with 30 str/dex and I got my hands on this and I fell in love. It has beautiful combos and you can be very effective 2 handing or 1 handing it. Just a good weapon for any situation.
