Strowen is an NPC in Dark Souls 2.
Strowen Information
- Strowen lives together with her sisters, Morrel and Griant, and their Housekeeper Milibeth in a house in Things Betwixt.
The three sisters are also known as the Old Firekeepers. - She sits at the table between the other two. She is the only of the three Firekeepers to talk with the player.
- She is also the Firekeeper who will help the player to reallocate Stats using a Soul Vessel.
Encounters
You will find her in the hut in Things Betwixt, sitting at the table with her sisters. She will give you Human Effigy x6 if you have King's Ring.

Killed this old hag cause she was backing out of a deal we made for some moondust. I killed all her evil muscular thugs around her to teach her a lesson first but it just made her quiet. One of them even tried to beat me with a ladle. How do I get her to repay her debt?

Lol "I kill that womens in there" is awesome. It seems that you became Hollow like me. Godamn merciless mercenaries. I made the same mistake back in the day. Worthless. The same for most of the NPC's. Just don't kill them though is an attempting way to raise your souls quickly. You know, "I just need 3k! Let's kill them and ***** off". You will regret in 99% of the cases.
