Strowen is an NPC in Dark Souls 2. Strowen can be found in the town of Majula. She is a Fire Keeper and tends to the bonfire near the entrance to the town. She is blind and relies on her other senses to perceive the world around her. She offers the player the ability to reinforce their Estus Flask, which increases its healing power. 

Strowen Information in Dark Souls 2

• Strowen lives together with her sisters, Morrel and Griant, and their Housekeeper Milibeth in a house in Things Betwixt.
  The three sisters are also known as the Old Firekeepers.
• She sits at the table between the other two. She is the only of the three Firekeepers to talk with the player.
• She is also the Firekeeper who will help the player to reallocate Stats using a Soul Vessel.

You will find her in the hut in Things Betwixt, sitting at the table with her sisters. She will give you Human Effigy x6 if you have King's Ring.
