Tseldora Set is an Attire or Armor in Dark Souls 2. Equipping entire armor sets often does not provide specific benefits (though specific pieces may provide augments), so players are free to mix and match their preferred parts to optimize their Builds.
"Outfit worn by settlers of Tseldora. Rather fancy but with low defence and unfit for battle.
Its design recalls Tseldora's glory days, the peak of the brightstone boom."
Scholar of the First Sin changed to:
"[Armor piece] worn by settlers of Tseldora. Rather fancy but with low defense and unfit for battle."
Cap: "Tseldora flourished with the discovery of brightstone, deep under the settlement. But with this prosperity came greed in equal measure, and the people were ever in search of that which they lacked."
Rest: "The brightstone that brought prosperity to Tseldora served only to stoke the flames of its peoples' desires, eventually leading to its ruin. Those bewitching, brilliantly gleaming stones are said to be fragments of a being that once roamed the entrails of the earth."
Set Location
- Dropped by Spider Drones in Brightstone Cove Tseldora.
- Very rare drop from Parasite Spiders in the same area (roughly 1% – needs confirmation).
- Full set is dropped by Maughlin the Armourer if he is killed.
Notes
- Upgraded with regular Titanite.
- Pieces of the set increase soul income (the effect stacks): 2.5%, 5%, 10% and 5%.

Does upgrading the armor also raise souls gained? It makes since upgrading armor would increase its special but we all know from software doesn't think of something like that

Since I don't like killing NPCs (Titchy Gren is the exception, I am NOT wasting my time ranking up to get that sweet Nahr Alma set), I go the hard route and...farm for this set.
Farming for the Tseldora set is like playing through Telltale's Season 1 of the Walking Dead - it always makes me cry like a *****.

this is the best set equip this armor while fight the giant lord glitch!
Frick, why does the set have to be on Maughlin of all people. Fashion souls, people!

For some reason Maughlin dropped every set piece APART from the legs. I've searched throughout my inventory and haven't sold or discarded anything. They simply aren't there.

''Armor sets do not provide specific benefits...''
''Pieces of the set increase soul income''

Does upgrading this set affect the soul bonus? Seems pointless to upgrade if not.

How many souls can I get if I wear the full set plus the Silver Coventus ring +1, also are the gloves from the jester set better than the gloves from this set?
Sooo I did some maths, as you do.
The giant dudes in Heide give 400 base souls, so with the covetous silver snood ring, it's 400*1.20, which gave me 480 souls - the math checked out.
But then, I went and put on the full tseldora set, which you would assume would give a total of 1.225 soul bonus. However, when combined with the ring, I found myself getting a bonus of 1.49 rather than 1.425. turns out, each piece of equipment does "stack", but rather than adding the individual multipliers together, (0.05 + 0.10 + 0.05 + 0.025), the game multiplies each value by the others. This might have been old news for lots of other people, but I'm surprised to have found this out, since the page wasn't clear as to how the effects were stacking.
