Jesus christ, I've just spent over 27,000 souls on poison arrows by mistake. I thought it meant he has 60 poison arrows, not they're 60 souls each.

the way he moves somewhere else every time you talk to him is really annoying, just make him move to majula like everyone else
Hey man, many thanks.
These 60 titanite slabs needed some cleanup

In the vanilla version, he stood by a window in the first encounter in No Man's Wharf. Killed him with a bow at range in my first run through the area (because I was pretty much shooting anything that moved). Ah, good times.

Love this goofy Ale/Mead-chugging lad, sells infinite poison arrows and goofy and simple-worded but happy and straightforward, Gavlan best boy

WITH GAVLAN, YOU WHEEL? YOU DEAL!
gavlan is the kind of man we can all aspire to be: simple minded and worded but happy

Am I the only one that thinks he's kinda goofy, in an adorable way?

I love him but i hate the drinking sound :( i always have to get away as fast as i can... i'm ashamed to admit it but every time he takes a swig i'm one step closer to taking out all of my anger on him

I sold goods for at least 20k, I bought goods for like 12-13k but I got no greataxe. Is this only obtainable in Earthern Peak? In Harvest Valley I got nothing from him

after the dark souls 2 player won. This legend went to a distant land called "yarham" and created the true wheel deal

Was playing genshit the other day and had to jump into a different player's world to get some materials. I asked them if it was ok and their reply was: "Gavlan wheel, Gavlan deal"
That was the last thing I expected from a genshin shithead. Maybe some of them aren't that bad.

His iconic line, "Gavlan wheel? Gavlan deal." may be a reference to Bloodborne as well as other Dark Souls titles, as they also contain wheels.
- Anonymous
It's so funny the fact that he went to No Mans Wharf just to drink mead.
- Anonymous
Can you buy back stuff you’ve sold to him? Dropped a bollock and sold a shield I didn’t mean to and then he disappeared... silly me!

So i killed him accidently killed him early on my 1st playthrew (still on 1st playthrew & milkin tf out of it lol) & his gravestone is still in No Mans warf. . Ive baught all items but he wont go to next location.. HELP!!

He always says 'Gavlan wheel, Gavlan deal' but they never ask how Gavlan feel

I try to sell my stuff as fast as possible because of the absolutely disgusting sound Gavlan makes when he gulps his drink. Ugh.....I can't be the only person who notices!?
- Anonymous
Marginally better than throwing stuff away. Can't resist those borderline insulting lowball pawnshop deals? Broken grammar got your interest? Or maybe you just love to poison things while maintaining a safe distance? *NO PERSONAL CHECKS*

He’s surrounded by those statues that spit poison knives at you in the room in Doors of Pharros, and only sells poison stuff. Could Gavlan be engineering the statues?

He died at some point on mine,I'm gonna miss him, when I went to the last spot,he wasn't there, has this happened to anyone else?

I accidentally killed him thinking he was a mini-boss in no-mans wharf at level 16... I feel sad, he sounded great :(

"Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin: In the room next to the movable portcullis, where you can summon Lucatiel of Mirrah." Where you could summon Lucatiel in vanilla DS2, yes, but in SotFS her sign is moved to the docks just before the ship. If you know where Lucatiel used to be summoned, that's where Gavlan now is. Don't go looking for him on the docks where Lucatiel's sign is now because he won't be there.

Easily mistaken by an enemy at Doors of Pharros. Pay attention.

I don’t know if this is accurate but with scholar of the first sinwhen I first talk to Galvan and go back to door of Pharos but with most of the enemy’s were not hostile and just let me walk past them.

Out of all the fanservice Dark Souls 3 had, why on earth did Creighton make the cut and not our boy Gavlan?

He can wheel and he can deal, Get you a man that can do both
- Anonymous
They should put a wheel item to sell or buy from Gavlan. A wheel'in and deal'in wheel weapon.
I just got attacked out of nowhere by Gavlan around the Doors of Pharos, I think I agroed him but I don't know how, he has no dialogue either, I could kill him easily but my heart doesn't want to, there is a giant Elephant in the room before the stairs, is it an NPC? If so then no wonder why - RK14

I killed him by mistake cuz I couldn't realise he wasnt hostile but any way

"He will gift you Gyrm Greataxe after purchasing 15,000 souls worth of goods from him and selecting "Talk" (selling goods works as well)"
-> Selling doesn't work...
- Anonymous
A silly character, but still memorable for some reason. And I always get a bit fuzzy inside when he gifts me the greataxe, like it was his most treasured possession but he wanted you to have it as thanks for doing business with him and keeping him company.
