NG No Man's Wharf with Jesters Hat, Watchdragon Parma, Gold Serpent Ring and Prisoners Tatters took me about 1,5 - 2 h to get their set and the weapons. Was done while in the Champions covenant

In vanilla these are ng+ only or even ng+ flexile sentry only (never really bothered to start ng+, though I'll get to it eventually; I'm sure though that they don't ever spawn in ng) which this shitty site doesn't mention
